Once confirmed, order from JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, Kmart or any other Westfield Belconnen retailer. At checkout, select Click & Collect and search for a store. List Koala Ink as the pickup contact so we can collect on your behalf.
We head to the store, collect your item, and start prepping your design while it's in our hands.
Once it’s in our hands, we personalise it, quality-check it, and ship it back to you looking brand new (but way better).

Submit a quick pre-inquiry with your item details and photos. We check if it can be UV printed and send you a quote. No payment at this stage — just making sure we can do it justice.
Once payment is complete, you'll receive a unique Job Ticket ID and a printable packing slip. Attach it to your parcel and send it our way. We track it from the moment it arrives.
We prepare your proof and upload it to your customer portal. Review it, request changes if needed, and give us the green light when you're happy.
Once approved, we print it, quality-check it, and return it to you looking brand new. But way better than when it left.

Yes, you can bring your own item for personalisation. However, not every product is suitable for printing. The item needs to be checked first for size, shape, surface, material, and print suitability. Some rough, soft, curved, uneven, or oversized items may not be suitable.
For standard items, you can visit the store and we will check them for you. For expensive, unusual, oversized, curved, soft, or irregular items, we recommend contacting us first before bringing or sending the item.
Yes. In some cases, customers can order an item from another retailer and have it delivered or made available for collection so Koala Ink can personalise it. Please contact us first so we can confirm whether the item is suitable and explain the correct process.
Yes. We offer in-store design assistance to help you create something that looks good before printing. You can bring your idea, photo, logo, text, or rough concept, and our team can help prepare it for printing.
We accept common file types such as JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, and SVG. For best results, please upload the highest quality version available. Clear, high-resolution images normally produce better print results.
Yes, we can print from phone photos. The print quality will depend on the quality of the original photo. Blurry, dark, low-resolution, or heavily compressed images may not print clearly.
